I came into this country as a first generation immigrant to pursue my graduate studies and live the lifestyle of the rich and famous! After landing what I thought was my dream job, reality set in and I realized that I had to grow and improve.

I did what society and conventional education taught me to do - go to school, get a good education, get a good job and your life is set. But life wasn't set. I saw several people scared about their job security, after being affected by layoffs during the 2008 economic recession. I knew that I had to constantly keep improving and embarked on a journey of self-development.

This was when a college friend of mine opened the door and introduced me to a coworker who had setup a mentorship organization. The purpose of the organization was to help people early in their career to develop success habits to create the outcomes they desire.

I got excited by the prospect of developing success habits and I was willing to humble myself to be coached, mentored and influenced. Today, thanks to their guidance and the network of mentors he introduced us to, we are on our way to be successful so that we are able to have unparalleled choices in life.

Our passion is to experience everything life has to offer, inspire others, and leave a legacy. Success is a journey, not a destination. Our mission is to help other like-minded people on this journey so that we are able to leave a lasting impact.
